Ginger relieves muscle pain
U.S. researchers discovered that taking ginger a day can help relieve muscle pain associated with exercise.
And found the lead author of the study, Patrick O'Connor of the University of Georgia that taking two grams of ginger root per day reduces muscle pain caused by sports by 25%.
Used in the study, published in (Journal of the pain), Ginger raw, cooked and another shows that the impact of pain relief in the muscles does not rise when exposed to heat.
O'Connor said that the 'muscle pain is usually one of the most common types of pain, therefore, nothing is actually capable of mitigation would be most welcome by many.'
And O'Connor and his colleagues conducted two studies on 34 and 40 volunteers respectively, and give some ginger and some raw ginger cooked, while the group was given a drug effective in 11 per day.
