I went to a recent U.S. study that feeding the brain with sugar may help the person to resist the urge to eat unhealthy lead to obesity.
The study showed that lack glucose level of the brain leads to loss of self control, as parts of the brain begin to yearn for foods high in calories while reducing a person's ability to control the desire for food. The result is eating high-calorie foods such as cakes, biscuits and crackers.
And the problem is more acute with obese people, because any lack of simple in the level of glucose in the brain, driven by the desire to eat more food.
Scientists believe that this phenomenon occurs as a result of the large brain need glucose for fuel and energy required for it.
