I am pregnant, what do I do for my husband to give up smoking

I am pregnant, what do I do for my husband to give up smoking
If we were in a perfect world, would not have had to be present among pregnant smokers because cigarette smoke is dangerous for the mother and her child together. If the woman in turn try to quit smoking but can see and breathe the smell of smoke may inhibit her resolve.

Your husband may be urged to quit smoking much more difficult than your refusing yourself the habit. First you see if he really wants to leave the cigarette, and you can not force him to stop if you do not wish to do so. You can explain to him the risks of your exposure and your baby to smoke cigarettes and ask him smoking outside the home or in another room at least. These measures will reduce your exposure to secondhand smoke.
Ask visitors not to smoke inside your home. May be to visit friends and relatives of smokers in their homes a little embarrassing, but ask them to refrain from smoking if you wanted to support you.
If your husband expressed his readiness to quit smoking, try to support his efforts as much as possible. Encourage him to set a specific date to stop, and you can both take off together if you still smoke.
You can both develop a joint plan to deal with bouts of insatiable desire to smoke a cigarette. Asalah if you can do anything to help him and understand his nerve after a few days of abstinence from smoking, in the hope that people will inform you the same thing.
Remember that you can always ask for help and talk to your doctor.
