7 Tips for the prevention of a simple increase in weight after forty

The increasing amount of fat in the body is normal at age In contrast, less muscle mass therefore decrease the body's ability to burn calories.

The same amount of food that we consume in ten years, be able to increase the weight more than before. It is known that the continued increase in weight after forty is considered an important factor for many diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, strokes and degeneration (roughness) joints .. etc
Solution to this problem is by reducing the amount of food consumed and exercise daily.
Here are some basic tips that will help in weight loss after the age of forty:

1 - Eat three to four moderate meals a day
2 - breakfast most important meal of the day and should not be neglected
3 - Avoid heavy meals pm
4 - When your sense of satiety stop eating
5 - No erosion between meals and if you feel hungry you can eat vegetables Awalfoake
6 - Avoid consuming too much fat and sugars in your food
7 - The sports daily increases the ability of the body to burn calories warming (half an hour per day)
