U.S. medical study revealed that modern eating fish once a week at least slow down the aging effect on humans as it is beneficial to the brain.

The study conducted by Rush University Medical Center in Chicago that the fish-rich diet helps keep the brain active, which helps to decrease the risk of disease, senile dementia, "Alzheimer's."

The study shows that people who regularly ate fish lowered their risk of stroke as well.
