There are many foods that contain nutrients that help maintain the freshness of the skin and hair health, including:

    
Omega 3 fatty acids: makes hair bright and protects the skin from sagging and wrinkles and speed wound healing and slow the signs of aging as well as protection from skin cancer, and are getting omega-3 fatty acids from fish and flax seeds.
