Work concerns cause insomnia

A new study published in the newspaper "Daily Express" that most Britons are struggling to get a comfortable night's sleep because of fears of work.
The study found that 69% of Britons admitted that they find it difficult to sleep because of labor problems, with half of them carry the recession and fear of losing their jobs Ergahm responsibility.
The study of 3,000 British, one of every three of them dream of their work at least twice a week.
The study added that 39% of Britons wake up during their sleep time by at least one concern for the future of their jobs because of the difficult economic situation in their own country.
The study found that the dreams of the work is an essential part of British life, but stressed the need not to let anxiety and stress affect sleep and forming a barrier that prevents them from getting in front of them to rest
