Coffee morning call diabetes

A study published in the American Journal of Nutrition that eating a cup of coffee before a normal breakfast and morning pills, can display some of the cases of type II diabetes if the pills contain a low amount of sugar.

The researchers used their experiences to get to this result are two types of grain used to make meals and breakfast: cereal with low sugar and other moderate level of it.

Then conducted a test to see two sets of objects in response volunteers, addressed the first and second regular coffee decaffeinated coffee and an hour before breakfast. According to the study, the level of sugar in the blood rose in those who drank regular coffee and breakfast before the morning by 250%.

Said Terry Graham, one of researchers involved in the study that the caffeine in coffee can change the way the body responds to sugar, and affects the body's response to insulin, which makes the blood sugar level high.

Graham concluded that those who are most at risk of diabetes type II, they drink coffee, caffeine-free to avoid infection with the disease.
