This system can be repeated for long periods without any side effects; because it contains all the nutrients needed by the body.This system works on:1 - fill the stomach before eating, drinking water, gives a sense of satiety. 2 - It also rids the body of waste and helps in the metabolism of body fat especially. 3 - facilitates the process of muscle contraction and diastole, and reduces the incidence of constipation. 4 - helps reduce weight and get rid of salts.It is recommended the following: vegetables, fruits and fiber-rich waterEating fresh vegetables and fruits rich in water-abundant fiber and also before eating any meal, such as: (lettuce - tomato - Option - green pepper - fresh vegetables - green beans - spinach - carrots - onions - Option - Pear - Strawberry - Apple - Watermelon).Vegetable juiceA lot of juice, fresh vegetables (tomatoes - carrots - apples - grapefruit).WalkingWalking, you must be a gradient, setting off a quarter of an hour and then increase it to half an hour, for a period of not less than ten days, then increase it until you reach the full hour a day, this will help to reduce the very weight and burn excess fat.
