Berlin: Swiss researchers reported that the Germans and the tests they conducted on a number of patients, showed that eating between 500 and 100 mg extract of olive leaves can reduce cholesterol and blood pressure.

The researchers noted that extracts of olive leaf "EFA 943" contain properties to prevent high blood pressure.

They said that eating about 100 milligrams of this article have a positive impact especially on those who suffer from high blood pressure light.
