I’ve added nuts to my diet since I become a vegan and I know it helped me lower my cholesterol.

There are other natural solutions to prevent cardiovascular diseases. Drinking tea daily is a fantastic way to do it!

Due to the high content of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, tea is able to lower blood pressure, cholesterol and regulate sugar levels.

Darjeeling green tea is a fine medicinal tea and a good ally to protect the heart.
